Teams must fill out the registration form; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The organization will contact the responsible person indicated in the registration form to inform about all the steps to follow.
The deadline for registration is January 15 (inform the total number of people in the expedition – players / technical staff / accompanying persons).
Get a free trainer by certifying the payment of the registration fee before December 31.

The distribution of the rooms for the players and technical staff will be designated by the organization, while the team must assign the distribution of the companions respecting the established guidelines and dates.
The registration per team will be officially certified once 1500 Euros have been paid (250 Euros as registration fee per team and 1250 Euros on account of the participation fee) which will be deducted from the total payment to be made.
We remind teams that places are limited and that the only way to secure registration is to make the first payment by the deadline.
Once the registration is officially confirmed, the following steps must be followed:
Before February 16, 50% of the total payment must be made and all players, coaches and accompanying persons must be informed.

The organization does not guarantee the accommodation and participation of the teams that do not meet the deadlines and will be excluded from the tournament, losing the registration fee. Prices for participants include:
- Full board hotel accommodations.
- Official Costa Girona Cup gift.
- First aid medical coverage.
- Water for all players during the games.
- Free admission for all matches and events of the tournament.
- Participation in all sports and recreational activities that will take place during the tournament.
- Entrance to the great Costa Girona Cup party.
- Medals for all participants.
- Closing party with presentation of trophies to outstanding teams and players.
The price for accompanying persons includes (accreditation wristband):
- Hotel accommodation on full board basis.
- Free admission to all games.
- Inaugural toast.

- Entrance to the great party of the Costa Girona Cup.
- Entrance to the closing ceremony.
