The Costa Girona Cup Easter 2027 will take place from 25 to 28 March in Lloret de Mar, on Spain’s Costa Brava, bringing together national and international clubs for one of the best-established youth football tournaments in the region.
This edition follows a Costa Girona Cup Summer 2026 that saw clubs such as SL Benfica and Real Sociedad lift the trophy in their categories. The goal now is just as ambitious: four days of football, friendship and learning by the Mediterranean, right in the middle of the Easter break.

When and where is the Costa Girona Cup Easter 2027?
The tournament runs from Thursday 25 to Sunday 28 March 2027. The sports venue is once again the Totem Sports Center, a complex with 5 natural-grass 11-a-side pitches, 3 artificial-grass 11-a-side pitches and 6 seven-a-side pitches, with capacity to expand depending on the final number of teams.
Teams stay in hotels across Santa Susanna, Blanes, Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar — all on a full-board basis. Hotels are allocated strictly in order of registration and payment, so international clubs planning flights and logistics are encouraged to book their place early.
A day-by-day look at the tournament
The first day, Thursday 25 March, is all about arrival: hotel check-in, accreditation wristbands and the official welcome toast. Friday kicks off the group stage, with matches running throughout the morning and afternoon.
On Saturday 27 March, teams play the classification and consolidation rounds. In the evening, players and companions enjoy an exclusive cocktail followed by the tournament’s big party. Finally, on Sunday 28 March, the finals are played in the morning, followed by the closing ceremony, where trophies are awarded to champions, runners-up and the MVP of each category.
Age categories and past participants
The Costa Girona Cup Easter 2027 is open to categories from Pre-Benjamín (born in 2019 or later) through to Juvenil/U19 (born in 2008 or earlier), across both 7-a-side and 11-a-side football — known as “soccer” in the United States. Dedicated girls’ categories are also available at U12 and U16 level.
This international youth football tournament regularly attracts clubs of real pedigree. Past editions have featured Girona FC, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, PSG and Liverpool, alongside national selections and academies from the United States, Saudi Arabia and Japan. Players such as Lamine Yamal, Pau Cubarsí and Marc Bernal all played in our tournaments before making their first-team debuts.

How to register your team
Clubs and academies interested in joining the Costa Girona Cup Easter 2027 can now secure their place. Because hotel allocation follows strict order of registration and payment, early booking is especially important for teams travelling from abroad, who also need to plan flights and visas where applicable.
The tournament is also supported by Girona FC, a La Liga club that takes part every year and sponsors the event with special activities. To help with finance, paperbooks are on demand with the winning ticket drawn on 19 March 2027.
