Do you play for any clubs?

Minors under 14 years of age/legally incapacitated persons cannot consent to the processing of their personal data by themselves, and the express consent of their parents/legal guardians is required. For the purposes described, in the event that joint authorization cannot be granted, the authorization of the other representative must be attached to your request, accompanied by a photocopy of their NIF, to ensure that you actually have their consent. In the event that the aforementioned authorization is not provided at the time of signing this document, the undersigned declares and guarantees that they have the express consent of the other representative, undertaking to present it at a later time, being the sole party responsible for any damages or losses, both direct and indirect, that may occur as a result of non-compliance with this clause.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

To begin the process, it is necessary to register for the Campus PRO.
Once the form has been completed, the organization will contact the designated responsible person via email to provide all the necessary information about the next steps.

After the registration has been officially confirmed, the corresponding payment must be made to secure the spot.

  • Possibility of additional bus transfer service

Additionally, there is the option to book an extra bus transfer service, which can help facilitate access to the camp.
However, it is important to note that the organization cannot guarantee participation for players who do not meet the established deadlines. Unfortunately, those who fail to do so will be excluded from the camp and will forfeit any fees already paid.

Lastly, we would like to inform families that places are limited.
The only way to officially confirm registration is by making the first payment within the specified deadline, which will be communicated via email. We recommend keeping an eye on this communication to avoid any issues.

What to bring

  • Photocopy of the health card.
  • Gymsack/backpack to store personal items.
  • Football boots and socks (studs or multi-studs).
  • Sweatshirt, raincoat, tracksuit, two or three spare changes of clothes and trainers.
  • Swimsuit, towel and flip-flops.
  • Underwear, pajamas and personal toiletries bag.
  • Hat, sunscreen (min. SPF 30) for body/lips and mosquito repellent.
  • Do not wear professional team or national team uniforms.

Regulations

  • Please do not bring money or food as the children are fully covered.
  • Do not bring a mobile phone.
  • Avoid unnecessary contact with the family so that the child can gain independence.
  • If the child does not comply with the behavioral, disciplinary or health regime, he/she may be expelled from the activity and urgent collection by family members will be requested.

Observations

To facilitate communication between families and the Campus PRO staff, the phone number of the responsible team members will be sent via email.
This will allow families to stay in direct contact throughout the participant’s stay, making it easy to resolve any questions or address any needs that may arise.

Additionally, the camp staff will proactively reach out to families if there is any specific information that needs to be shared regarding the participant during their stay.
This personalized communication is intended to ensure the participant’s well-being and keep families informed about any relevant matters.
