cancellation/return policy

1. TOURNAMENT

You have the right to cancel your registration for the tournament within 14 calendar days from the date of registration. To do so, you must notify us in writing via e-mail to info@endekasports.com.

Such communication will be valid as long as it is sent within the deadline, and it will not be necessary to indicate the reason for your withdrawal, and the money you have paid will be refunded in full within 14 calendar days from receipt of your communication.

The remaining cases of cancellation will be evaluated by the organization and a resolution will be determined based on the following points. Any case not detailed will be assessed as unique by the organization and the organization will inform the responsible of the team in question of the result.

In case of cancellation requested more than 90 days prior to the tournament, a voucher for the amount paid (first payment of 1500€ per team) will be offered for participation in subsequent editions of the same or another tournament organized by this entity.

In case of cancellation requested more than 60 days prior to the tournament, a refund of 80% of the payments will be offered provided that these are made within the deadlines set by the organization (does not include the refund of the first payment of 1500€ per team).

In case of cancellation requested more than 30 days prior to the tournament, a 40% refund of payments will be offered provided that these are made within the deadlines set by the organization (does not include the refund of the first payment of 1500€ per team).

In case of cancellation requested less than 30 days prior to the tournament, no refund will be offered.

Participants:

Full reimbursement will only be made in the event of a long-term injury affecting participation in the tournament, duly accredited with hospital admission reports and not a common medical certificate. This clause shall not be applicable 7 days prior to the provision of the service.
In the case of cancellation for reasons other than those in the previous paragraph, requested more than 30 days prior to the tournament, the refund of 80% of the payments that must be made within the deadlines set by the organization will be offered.
In the case of cancellation for reasons other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph, requested less than 30 days prior to the tournament, no refund will be offered.

Accompanying persons:

The cancellation of any accompanying person is subject to the cancellation of the participation of the player or club he/she is accompanying, under the same terms.

If the tournament has to be cancelled due to major causes beyond the control of the organizers or due to situations that cannot be attributed to negligence on the part of the organizers, the organizers cannot be held liable for damages, costs or losses incurred such as transportation costs, accommodation, economic losses, …..

In this case, the tournament organizers reserve the right to retain the full fee and use it for a future tournament, or return it to those involved, after deducting any expenses incurred by the tournament organizers with third parties that cannot be recovered.

2. CAMPUS / CAMPUS PRO

You have the right to cancel your registration for the tournament within 14 calendar days from the date of registration. To do so, you must notify us in writing via e-mail to info@endekasports.com.

Such communication will be valid as long as it is sent within the deadline, and it will not be necessary to indicate the reason for your withdrawal, and the money you have paid will be refunded in full within 14 calendar days from receipt of your communication.

Full reimbursement will only be made in the event of a long-term injury affecting participation in the CAMPUS / CAMPUS PRO, duly accredited with hospital admission reports and not a common medical voucher. This clause shall not be applicable 7 days prior to the provision of the service.

In the case of cancellation for reasons other than those in the previous paragraph, the case in question will be studied and a 100% voucher will be issued, valid for use in activities (Endeka Sports FC Selection / CAMPUS PRO) developed by Endeka Sports for one year. This clause shall not be applicable 7 days prior to the provision of the service.

3. ENDEKA SPORTS FC SELECTION

PARTICIPANTS

You have the right to cancel your registration for the tournament within 14 calendar days from the date of registration. To do so, you must notify us in writing via e-mail to info@endekasports.com.

Such communication will be valid as long as it is sent within the deadline, and it will not be necessary to indicate the reason for your withdrawal, and the money you have paid will be refunded in full within 14 calendar days from receipt of your communication.

Cancellations must be notified by email as far in advance as possible to allow other players to occupy the available space.

Full reimbursement will only be made in the event of a long-term injury affecting participation in the tournament, duly accredited with hospital admission reports and not a common medical certificate. This clause shall not be applicable 7 days prior to the provision of the service.

In the case of cancellation for reasons other than those in the previous paragraph, the case in question will be studied and a 100% voucher will be issued, valid for use in activities (Endeka Sports FC Selection / CAMPUS PRO) developed by Endeka Sports for one year. This clause shall not be applicable 7 days prior to the provision of the service.

The organizer may terminate the registration of the participant in Selection if the team of his category is not completed, at least 30 days prior to the start of the tournament.

In case of cancellation requested more than 60 days prior to the tournament, a refund of 80% of the payments will be offered, which must be made within the deadlines set by the organization (does not include the refund of the first payment of 150€ per room reservation).

In case of cancellation requested more than 30 days prior to the tournament, a 40% refund of the payments will be offered, which must be made within the deadlines set by the organization (does not include the refund of the first payment of 150€ per room reservation).

In case of cancellation requested less than 30 days prior to the tournament, no refund will be offered.

Teams must fill out the registration form; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The deadline for registration is January 15 (inform the total number of people in the expedition – players / technical staff / accompanying persons).

The registration per team will be officially certified once 1500 Euros have been paid (250 Euros as registration fee per team and 1250 Euros on account of the participation fee) which will be deducted from the total payment to be made.
