CD Castellon tournament registration
Minors under 14 years of age/legally incapacitated persons cannot consent to the processing of their personal data by themselves, and the express consent of their parents/legal guardians is required. For the purposes described, in the event that joint authorization cannot be granted, the authorization of the other representative must be attached to your request, accompanied by a photocopy of their NIF, to ensure that you actually have their consent. In the event that the aforementioned authorization is not provided at the time of signing this document, the undersigned declares and guarantees that they have the express consent of the other representative, undertaking to present it at a later time, being the sole party responsible for any damages or losses, both direct and indirect, that may occur as a result of non-compliance with this clause.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
To participate in the CD Castellón tournament, teams must complete the registration form.
Please note that admission will be granted strictly in order of arrival, so we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible.
Once the form is received, the organization will contact the designated team representative to provide all the necessary information regarding the next steps.
Lastly, please remember that the registration deadline is March 28. By that date, it is essential to confirm the total number of people in the delegation, including players, coaching staff, and companions.

About registration
First of all, room assignments for players and coaching staff will be managed directly by the organization.
On the other hand, it will be the team’s responsibility to organize the room distribution for companions, always respecting the guidelines and deadlines previously established.
Regarding registration, it will be officially confirmed once the payment of €1,500 has been made, broken down as follows: €250 as the team registration fee and €1,250 as an advance on the participation fee. This amount will be deducted from the total payment to be made later.
Additionally, we remind teams that places are limited, so the only way to guarantee participation is to make the first payment within the established deadline.
Once registration is officially confirmed, the following steps must be taken:
- Before April 1, 50% of the total payment must be made, and the full list of players, coaches, and companions must be submitted.
- By May 15, the full payment must be completed via bank transfer to the following account:

The organization does not guarantee accommodation or participation for teams that fail to meet the deadlines. These teams will be excluded from the tournament and will lose their registration fee.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Prices for participants include:
- Hotel accommodation, full board.
- First aid medical coverage.
- Water for all players during matches.
- Free entry to all matches and events of the tournament.
- Participation in all sports and recreational activities that will take place during the tournament.
- Entrance to the big party Endeka Sports Cup – CD Castellón.
- Medals for all participants.
- Closing party with presentation of trophies to outstanding teams and players.
The price for companions includes:
- Hotel accommodation on a full-board basis.
- Free entry to all matches.
- Entrance to the great party of Endeka Sports Cup – CD Castellón.
- Entrance to the closing ceremony.
