Minors under 14 years of age/legally incapacitated persons cannot consent to the processing of their personal data by themselves, and the express consent of their parents/legal guardians is required. For the purposes described, in the event that joint authorization cannot be granted, the authorization of the other representative must be attached to your request, accompanied by a photocopy of their NIF, to ensure that you actually have their consent. In the event that the aforementioned authorization is not provided at the time of signing this document, the undersigned declares and guarantees that they have the express consent of the other representative, undertaking to present it at a later time, being the sole party responsible for any damages or losses, both direct and indirect, that may occur as a result of non-compliance with this clause.
REGISTRATION
Costa Girona Cup Easter
To participate in the Costa Girona Cup Easter tournament, teams must complete the registration form. Please note that admission will be granted strictly in order of arrival, so it is highly recommended to submit the application as soon as possible.
Once the form has been received, the organization will contact the designated team representative to provide all necessary information regarding the next steps.
Finally, please remember that the registration deadline is January 15th. At that time, it will be essential to confirm the total number of people in the delegation, including players, coaching staff, and accompanying persons.
Get one free coach pass by confirming payment of the registration fee before December 15th.
ABOUT THE INSCRIPTION
Firstly, room assignments for players and coaching staff will be managed directly by the organization. In contrast, it is the team’s responsibility to organize room distribution for accompanying persons, always in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines previously established.
Regarding registration, it will be officially confirmed once the payment of €1500 has been made, broken down as follows: €250 as the team registration fee and €1250 as a deposit towards the participation fee. This amount will be deducted from the total payment due later.
Please note that places are limited, and the only way to guarantee participation is by making the initial payment within the established deadline.
Once registration is officially confirmed, the following steps must be completed:

By February 1st, 50% of the total payment must be made, and the full list of players, coaches, and accompanying persons must be submitted.

By March 1st, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer to the following account: La Caixa: ES34 2100-2868-93-0210063133
The organization does not guarantee accommodation or participation for teams that fail to meet the deadlines. These teams will be excluded from the tournament and will forfeit the registration fee.
