Categories of interest

Minors under 14 years of age/legally incapacitated persons cannot consent to the processing of their personal data by themselves, and the express consent of their parents/legal guardians is required. For the purposes described, in the event that joint authorization cannot be granted, the authorization of the other representative must be attached to your request, accompanied by a photocopy of their NIF, to ensure that you actually have their consent. In the event that the aforementioned authorization is not provided at the time of signing this document, the undersigned declares and guarantees that they have the express consent of the other representative, undertaking to present it at a later time, being the sole party responsible for any damages or losses, both direct and indirect, that may occur as a result of non-compliance with this clause.

BOYS REGISTRATION

To participate in the Endeka Sports Cup Salou tournament, teams must complete the boys registration form. Please note that admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is highly recommended to submit your application as early as possible.

Once the form is received, the organization will contact the designated team representative to provide all necessary information regarding the next steps.

Finally, please remember that the registration deadline is December 20. By that date, it is essential to report the total number of people in the delegation, including players, coaching staff, and companions.

Secure a free coach pass by confirming payment of the registration fee before November 29.

ABOUT THE INSCRIPTION

First, room assignments for players and technical staff will be arranged directly by the organization. Meanwhile, it is the team’s responsibility to organize the accommodation for companions, always respecting the guidelines and deadlines previously established.

Regarding registration, it will be officially confirmed once a payment of €1500 has been made, broken down into €250 as the team registration fee and €1250 as an advance on the participation fee. This amount will be deducted from the total payment to be made later.

We also remind teams that spots are limited, so the only way to guarantee registration is to make the initial payment within the established deadline.

Once registration is officially confirmed, the following steps must be followed:

  • Before January 10, 50% of the total payment must be made, and the full list of players, coaches, and companions must be provided.

  • The final payment must be completed before January 28 via bank transfer to the following account: La Caixa: ES34 2100-2868-93-0210063133

The organization does not guarantee accommodation or participation for teams that fail to meet the deadlines. These teams will be excluded from the tournament and will forfeit the registration fee.

Prices for participants include:

  • Hotel accommodation, full board.
  • Official gift Endeka Sports Cup.
  • First aid medical coverage.
  • Water for all players during matches.
  • Free entry to all matches and events of the tournament.
  • Participation in all sports and recreational activities that will take place during the tournament.
  • Entrance to the big party Endeka Sports Cup.
  • Medals for all participants.
  • Closing party with presentation of trophies to outstanding teams and players.

The price for companions includes (identification bracelet):

  • Hotel accommodation on a full-board basis.
  • Free entry to all matches.
  • Inaugural toast.
  • Signature cocktail.
  • Entrance to the great party of Endeka Sports Cup.
  • Entrance to the closing ceremony.
