FORM
Minors under 14 years of age/legally incapacitated persons cannot consent to the processing of their personal data by themselves, and the express consent of their parents/legal guardians is required. For the purposes described, in the event that joint authorization cannot be granted, the authorization of the other representative must be attached to your request, accompanied by a photocopy of their NIF, to ensure that you actually have their consent. In the event that the aforementioned authorization is not provided at the time of signing this document, the undersigned declares and guarantees that they have the express consent of the other representative, undertaking to present it at a later time, being the sole party responsible for any damages or losses, both direct and indirect, that may occur as a result of non-compliance with this clause.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
To begin the process, it is necessary to make a player registration Spain academy Endeka Sports FC team. Once the form has been completed, the organization will contact the designated responsible person via email to provide all the necessary information regarding the next steps.
After the registration has been officially confirmed, the corresponding payment must be made to secure the spot.

However, it is important to note that the organization does not guarantee the participation of players who fail to meet the established deadlines. Unfortunately, these players will be excluded from the team and will forfeit the fee already paid.
Lastly, we would like to inform families that spots are limited. Therefore, the only way to officially confirm registration is by making the initial payment within the specified deadline, which will be communicated via email. We strongly recommend staying alert to this communication to avoid any setbacks.

What to bring
- Photocopy of the health card.
- Gymsack/backpack to store personal items.
- Football boots and socks (studs or multi-studs).
- Sweatshirt, raincoat, tracksuit, two or three spare changes of clothes and trainers.
- Swimsuit, towel and flip-flops.
- Underwear, pajamas and personal toiletries bag.
- Hat, sunscreen (min. SPF 30) for body/lips and mosquito repellent.
- Do not wear professional team or national team uniforms.

Regulations
- Please do not bring money or food as the children are fully covered.
- Do not bring a mobile phone.
- Avoid unnecessary contact with the family so that the child can gain independence.
- If the child does not comply with the behavioral, disciplinary or health regime, he/she may be expelled from the activity and urgent collection by family members will be requested.
Observations
To facilitate communication between families and the team responsible for the National Selection, the phone number of the coordinators will be sent via email. This will allow family members to stay in direct contact throughout the participant’s stay, helping to resolve any questions or address any needs that may arise.
Additionally, the team leaders will proactively reach out to families if it becomes necessary to share any specific details regarding the participant during their stay. This personalized communication is intended to ensure the participant’s well-being and keep families informed about any relevant matters.
