cancellation/return policy

1. TOURNAMENT

At Endeka Sports, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your tournament registration within 14 calendar days from the date of registration. To exercise this right, simply notify us in writing via email at info@endekasports.com.

As long as the communication is sent within the established timeframe, it will be considered valid. Furthermore, no reason for cancellation is required. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your request.

However, for cancellations outside this period, the organization will evaluate each case based on the following criteria:

  • More than 90 days in advance: a voucher will be issued for the amount paid (initial payment of €1,500 per team) to be used for future editions of the same tournament or another organized by Endeka Sports.

  • Between 89 and 60 days in advance: 80% of the payments made within the established deadlines will be refunded, excluding the initial €1,500 team payment.

  • Between 59 and 30 days in advance: 40% of the payments made within the established deadlines will be refunded, also excluding the initial payment.

  • Less than 30 days in advance: no refund will be issued.

Individual Participants:

In the case of a long-term injury that prevents participation, and is duly certified by hospital reports (standard medical notes will not be accepted), the full amount will be refunded. However, this clause does not apply if the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the start of the service.

For cancellations due to other reasons:

  • More than 30 days in advance: 80% of the payments made within the established deadlines will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days in advance: no refund will be issued.

Companions:

The cancellation of companions is subject to the cancellation of the player or club they are accompanying, and the same terms will apply.

Tournament Cancellation Due to Force Majeure:

If the tournament must be canceled due to circumstances beyond the organization’s control (such as force majeure), Endeka Sports will not be held responsible for any damages, costs, or losses incurred (transportation, accommodation, etc.). In such cases, the organization reserves the right to retain the full fee and apply it to a future tournament, or to issue a partial refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses already incurred with third parties.

2. CAMPUS / CAMPUS PRO

At Endeka Sports, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your tournament registration within 14 calendar days from the date of registration. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at info@endekasports.com.

As long as the communication is made within the indicated timeframe, it will be considered valid. Furthermore, you are not required to provide a reason for the cancellation. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your request.

In exceptional situations, such as a long-term injury that prevents participation in the CAMPUS or CAMPUS PRO, a full refund may be requested. However, this condition must be properly documented with hospital admission reports, as standard medical certificates will not be accepted. It is important to note that this clause will not apply if the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the start of the service.

In case of cancellation for other reasons, each situation will be evaluated individually. As an alternative, a voucher for 100% of the amount paid will be issued, valid for participation in activities organized by Endeka Sports (such as the Endeka Sports FC Selection or CAMPUS PRO) within a one-year period. However, this option will also not apply if the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the start of the service.

3. ENDEKA SPORTS FC SELECTION

At Endeka Sports, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your tournament registration within 14 calendar days from the date of registration. To make this effective, you must notify us in writing via email at: info@endekasports.com.

As long as the request is sent within the indicated timeframe, it will be considered valid. Additionally, you do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your communication.

We also recommend notifying cancellations as early as possible, as this allows other players to fill the available spots.

In the event of a long-term injury that prevents participation in the tournament, a full refund may be requested. This situation must be properly documented with hospital admission reports, as standard medical certificates will not be accepted. However, this clause will not apply if the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the start of the service.

In situations other than those mentioned above, each case will be evaluated individually. As an alternative, a voucher for 100% of the amount paid will be issued, valid for participation in activities organized by Endeka Sports (such as the Endeka Sports FC Selection or CAMPUS PRO) within a one-year period. This option will also not apply if the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the start of the service.

Finally, the organizer reserves the right to cancel a participant’s registration in the Selection if the team in their category is not completed, with a minimum notice of 30 days before the start of the tournament.
