Minors under 14 years of age/legally incapacitated persons cannot consent to the processing of their personal data by themselves, and the express consent of their parents/legal guardians is required. For the purposes described, in the event that joint authorization cannot be granted, the authorization of the other representative must be attached to your request, accompanied by a photocopy of their NIF, to ensure that you actually have their consent. IMPORTANT DETAILS

Teams must fill out the registration form; registration will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

The organization will contact the person responsible indicated on the registration form to inform them of all the steps to follow.

The registration deadline is December 20 (report the total number of people in the expedition – players / technical staff / companions).

Get a free coach membership by certifying your registration payment before November 29th.

ABOUT THE INSCRIPTION

The distribution of rooms for players and technical staff will be designated by the organization, while the team must assign the distribution of companions respecting the established guidelines and dates.

Team registration will be officially certified once €1,500 has been paid (€250 as registration fee per team and €1,250 as participation fee) which will be deducted from the total payment due.

We remind teams that places are limited and the only way to ensure registration is to make the first payment within the deadline indicated above.

Once registration is officially confirmed, the following steps must be followed:

Before January 10, 50% of the total payment must be made and all players, coaches and companions must be informed.

Full payment must be made before January 28th by bank transfer to the following account number:

WHAT INCLUDES

The organization does not guarantee the accommodation and participation of teams that do not meet the deadlines and will be excluded from the tournament, losing the registration fee. Prices for participants include:

Hotel accommodation, full board.
Official gift Endeka Sports Cup.
First aid medical coverage.
Water for all players during matches.
Free entry to all matches and events of the tournament.
Participation in all sports and recreational activities that will take place during the tournament.
Entrance to the big party Endeka Sports Cup.
Medals for all participants.
Closing party with presentation of trophies to outstanding teams and players.

The price for companions includes (identification bracelet):

Hotel accommodation on a full-board basis.
Free entry to all matches.
Inaugural toast.
